This policy covers the vitaldisplays.com website, operated by Vital Displays, a FireProof company ("we," "us"). Data handled inside the Vital Displays signage platform on behalf of customer organizations is governed by the applicable customer agreement, not this website policy.

Information we collect

• Form submissions: name, email, phone, organization name, product interests, and your message, when you contact us or request a demo.
• Attribution context: the page you landed on, referring site, and campaign parameters (UTM), stored for the duration of your browser session and submitted with your form.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) under its own terms.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule requested demos.
• To understand which capabilities you're interested in, so the right person follows up.
• To improve the site and its content.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask for them.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (Attio) and our hosting provider's logs (Vercel). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data processing terms.

The signage platform is PHI-free

The Vital Displays platform drives public-facing information screens and is deliberately PHI-free: it is not designed to store or display protected health information or other individual records. Customer platform usage is governed by the customer agreement, and per-organization data is isolated. This website does not collect any such records.

Cookies

The site uses essential session storage for attribution context and, if configured, Google Analytics 4 cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

Retention and your rights

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our providers. Access is limited to the team members who handle inquiries.

Changes
