The vitaldisplays.com website and its content are provided by Vital Displays, a FireProof company. You may browse, link to, and share our content with attribution. You may not scrape the site for republication or misrepresent our content as your own.

Information, not advice

Articles, resource pages, and comparisons on this site are general information for facilities, IT, and safety teams evaluating digital signage. They are not legal, safety-compliance, or procurement advice. Regulations and mandates change, agency guidance evolves, and application to your buildings depends on facts we don't know. Verify current requirements — such as Alyssa's Law, the Clery Act, and CMS Emergency Preparedness — against the primary sources and your own counsel. Where a page references a mandate, treat it as context, not a compliance guarantee.

Competitor comparisons

Comparison pages reflect publicly available vendor materials as of the date noted on each page. "Not advertised" means we could not find the capability described publicly — it is not a claim that the vendor lacks it. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of the Vital Displays platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement, including service levels, data ownership, and payment terms. Nothing on this website modifies that agreement.
